Each training group has a dedicated lead coach, supported by a coaching team of Level 2 and 1 coaches.

Level 2 Coaches
Elaine is Chair of North London Netball League, Head of Netball for Channing School and has been involved in Netball forever. Elaine recently received an award from Middlesex County, recognising over 30 years of long service to the sport.
Playing for over 50 years at club county and regional levels, Janice coaches at Mill Hill school. Together with Elaine she coached the Sparks U14s in 2018/19 season into the National Clubs Finals.
Helen has played competitive netball for many years for school, club and county. Coaching for 15 years across Haringey schools, it’s Helen’s passion to encourage access to netball at school and in a club environment for as many girls as possible.
Jane is a founding member of Sparks Juniors and an Independent Trustee for the London Youth Games. She has coached in local primary schools for 10 years and is passionate about getting and keeping girls engaged in sport. She has had to retire from competitive netball due to injury but still plays socially.
Sue's love for netball started in South Africa many years ago. She began coaching 10 years ago to share her passion with as many girls and women as possible. She plays social netball with friends in North London.
Jay is a Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach. His clients include Channing School & Equal Results Personal Training. He has worked with Theragun & Pure Dynamics Osteopathy Clinic. Working with our players he develops their overall fitness and the necessary skills to excel in the sport of netball in a safe and effective way.
Amanda is passionate about teaching girls netball, giving them the skills and confidence to thrive, and to achieve their best potential. Coaching for 4 years, she took the U16 GB team to win gold at the Maccabi Youth Games in Israel in 2018.
Level 1 Coaches
As one of the founders of Sparks Juniors, Amira is proud to have helped create a successful and thriving club. As well as coaching and playing netball, Amira enjoys her work 'off the pitch' to help build great foundations for the future of girls sport.
Lienna played at county and regional levels, including part of Barking Abbey U19 National Schools Champions two years in a row. Lienna was Chair of Netball at Loughborough University.
